Tyler Brown, Producer

Here's some more information on Tyler Brown...
Tyler helped found Blue
Jordan Records in Cincinnati, Ohio several years ago. Blue Jordan is a
cooperative record label that supports independent music in Cincinnati.
Tyler has worked with most of the Blue Jordan artists,
producing for Janet Pressley, Dave Wolfenberger, and Katie Reider and
engineering records for others. Each of them have won numerous local music
awards from the Cincinnati Enquirer, City Beat, and the Cincinnati Post.
Tyler is a self-taught multi-instrumentalist (drums/percussion,
guitar, piano/keys) who found out quite by accident that he was pretty good at
pushing buttons and producing. You can still catch him strumming a guitar or
playing the organ on stage or in the studio from time to time, but he's
been focusing most of his professional energy on producing/engineering.
Tyler was recently introduced to songwriting heroes Mark
Olson and Victoria Williams. As fate would have it, they ended up
inviting him down to Mississippi to track and mix for The Original Harmony Ridge
Creekdippers (Mark's post-Jayhawks outfit). They had heard Tyler's
production/engineering work on Dave Wolfenberger's latest, and they hired him
based on its merit.
Tyler's latest projects are: (click the artists name for a link
